Terms of Service

These terms are a draft for the marketing site at anthrosafe.ai and anthrosafe.net, and for the AnthroSafe services described there. They are written for review by counsel. They have no effective date.

Who we are

AnthroSafe is a trademark of SLP Alaska, LLC. Brian Walden owns the company. In this draft, “we” means SLP Alaska, LLC. “You” means the person or company using the site or, later, the product.

The site and the product

This website describes AnthroSafe. It is not the product itself. The product, when a company is under agreement, is a portal for safety management, training, fleet maintenance, a chemical library, action tracking, bulletins, quality records, and dashboards, with modules that can be switched on or off.

Fleet Manager is included in the product direction and is in development. A description on this site is not a promise of a release date. Features can change before an agreement is signed.

No account on this website

This marketing site does not create a product login. The contact form is a request for a conversation. Sending the form does not create a contract, a subscription, or a support obligation beyond a reply when we are able to send one.

Pricing and invoices

There is no public price and no checkout. Billing, when a company becomes a customer, is by invoice under a separate agreement. A page on this site is not a quote.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law while using the site
• Probe, scrape, or overload the site in a way that interferes with it
• Send malware or attempt to access data you are not allowed to see
• Submit another person’s sensitive personal information, including medical details or the name of an injured person, through the contact form
• Misrepresent who you are or which company you speak for

Intellectual property

The AnthroSafe name, the mark on this site, the words, and the illustrations are owned by SLP Alaska, LLC unless a notice says otherwise. You may share a link to a public page. You may not copy the site, the mark, or the product’s screens for your own product.

Small interface icons from Lucide are used under that project’s license. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Those licenses do not transfer ownership of the AnthroSafe name.

What we do not promise

AnthroSafe is a tool for records, conversations, training, and follow-up. We do not promise that using it will prevent injuries, illnesses, losses, or claims. We do not promise that a company will be in compliance with any law, regulation, or standard, including OSHA rules or ISO 9001. Quality tools on the platform are ISO 9001-style. They are not a certificate.

Dashboard scores, when the product shows them, are rule-based leading indicators. They are not validated predictions and they do not estimate the chance of an injury.

The site and the product are provided as available. This draft does not include a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Counsel should decide which warranties, if any, belong in the final terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SLP Alaska, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of the use of this marketing site. A future customer agreement should set the limit that applies to the paid product. This paragraph is a starting point for counsel, not a finished clause.

Disputes

This draft proposes the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, because the company is SLP Alaska, LLC. Counsel should confirm that choice. Dispute resolution, venue, and any arbitration clause are intentionally left for counsel. This draft does not include them.

Changes

We may update the public site as the product changes. A change to these terms is not in effect while the draft banner is on the page. When counsel approves a version, that version should say so and should replace this draft.
