SLP Alaska, LLC offers ANTHROSAFE™ safety consulting to businesses. The services are safety management system consulting, risk and hazard analysis, serious injury and fatality prevention programs, safety culture and leadership coaching, and audit and compliance readiness.
Services offered to businesses
- Safety management system consulting
- Help a business decide how safety is managed: who owns the work, how jobs are planned, and how follow-up is tracked. The portal can support that system. The consulting itself is a service the company hires.
- Risk and hazard analysis
- Work with a business through the hazards in its tasks and the energy that can hurt someone, then rank the controls the company plans to use. This is an analysis done with the company. It is not a score, and it is not a prediction.
- Serious injury and fatality prevention programs
- Help a business build the program it uses when work can seriously hurt someone, including what happens when a strong control is missing. The program is the service. Hiring it is not a promise that an injury will not occur.
- Safety culture and leadership coaching
- Coach the people who lead the work on how they talk about risk and how they follow through. The coaching is practice with those leaders. It is not a measured promise about culture.
- Audit and compliance readiness
- Help a business get records, roles, and reviews in shape before an audit. Readiness means preparation. It is not a finding that the company is in compliance, and it is not a certificate.
These are services a business can hire. They do not promise that injuries will be avoided, and they do not mean the company is in compliance with any rule.
