Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy is a draft for the public marketing site. It is not in effect. It does not describe every record the AnthroSafe product may hold once a company is a customer. A customer agreement should cover product data. Counsel should review both.
Who we are
The site is published by SLP Alaska, LLC, the owner of the AnthroSafe trademark. Brian Walden owns the company. In this draft, “we” means SLP Alaska, LLC.
What this policy covers
It covers anthrosafe.ai, anthrosafe.net, and preview copies of this same marketing site. It covers the contact form and the technical logs needed to run the site. It does not cover a signed-in company portal.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for:
- Name
- Company
- Phone
- Industry
- A message
- Whether you want a product demo or safety consulting
Please do not include medical details, the names of injured people, or confidential incident files. The form is for a demo, a consulting request, a pricing conversation, or a general question.
Information collected automatically
The host that serves the site may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and protect the site. This marketing site does not use advertising cookies and does not load a third-party analytics product.
How we use the form
We use a demo or consulting request to:
- Reply to you
- Understand which modules to talk about
- Prepare an invoice proposal if you ask for pricing
- Keep a business record of the inquiry
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the form to build an advertising audience.
Where the form goes
When mail delivery is configured, the form is sent to a mailbox chosen by SLP Alaska, LLC. When mail delivery is not configured, the form is written to the application log of the host that runs the site, so it can be reviewed there. Do not treat an unconfigured preview as a private channel.
Who else sees it
The company that hosts the site, and an email provider if we turn mail delivery on, process the information on our behalf so the site and the reply can work. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the site from abuse. We do not share contact-form contents with unrelated companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request long enough to respond and to keep an ordinary business record of the conversation. Server logs follow the host’s retention. A final policy should name a period. This draft does not invent one.
Security
We use ordinary care for a marketing site, including encrypted transport where the host provides it. No website can promise perfect security. Do not send highly sensitive information through the form.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. The product is workplace software.
Your requests
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the demo request you sent. Use the contact form and say what you want. We will respond when we can match the request to a record. State privacy rights, if they apply, should be confirmed by counsel before this draft is treated as a notice of those rights.
Changes
If this policy changes after counsel approves it, the page should say so in plain language. Until that approval, the banner at the top of this page controls: the draft is not in effect.
Contact
Privacy questions go through the contact form on this site. We do not publish a separate mailbox in this draft, because the destination address is still a decision for the company.
DRAFT for attorney review. Not in effect.
